I too have had problems with this company. Ordered goods did not arrive. I sent several e-mails but received no reply. Managed to get a refund via gogroopie
MacKenzie Isaac are known as a company that sells counterfeit goods and provide defective products and provide deceptive information in relation to what they are offering. If you give them any of your money then the saying is a fool and his money.
I am TOTALY dissapointed with this company I ordered two dental flossers via nCrowd plus they wanted £4.99 package and postage for each individual one. My goods never arrived, there was no communication, I sent emails but no one ever sent a reply. Luckily for me I got in touch with pay pal and Ncrowd and they sorted it out for me by giving me a refund. I'm one of the lucky ones. I will never use Mackenzieisaac again. If I'd have done my research first I'd have seen the bad reviews people has sent about this company VERY UNSATISFACTORY S Darrah
