Yesterday our vehicle was booked in for a full service, we arrived late due to road closures/road works we now live 60miles away, but us Pinkstones for our car needs there are dealerships closer to us , their customer satisfaction is dismal. No problem, Simon was friendly, curtesy car waiting for us. First time i have driven an electric car Thou i have driven a milk float. Was contacted in good time to collect our car, was explained to bill in full.

Andy was friendly very helpful and took time to explain controls of the car before and during the test drive. He was not pushy and explained what information and paper work was required to complete the purchase after the test drive.

Be very wary buying a used car from this company. The description is now always the case as I realised when recently purchasing a car detailing it had DAB radio. Not so, but could not get satisfaction when I realised the car was not as described. Make sure you go over each detail before parting with money.

What fantastic people - Nothing too much trouble and cheaper than anywhere else in the area. Amazing!!!
