The worst experience ever. Seriously disgusted by the service I called them regarding my 11 months old MacBook .. it started to become really slow, the fan is spinning at full speed & noisy .. Been informed by them that they will provide a spare compute while fixing mine .. Also told me that I do not have to pay because of the 1 year guarantee. Travelled 10 hours round trip to get to them .. Booked a hotel as there was not transport back .. once I got there they said that the spare computer service does not exist at all !! Made a diagnostic test to my laptop and said it is only one faulty sensor cost £500 but will be covered by guarantee so I do not have to pay. Sent me written report of that and in two days, the called me back to say that they gave me the wrong diagnostic report .. they said my computer was liquid damaged and will cost £1200 + labour and I have to pay for it !! The brand new one cost only £750!! The liquid damage was definitely not from my end .. In addition, they said that the computer is still wet and the liquid damaged the whole laptop including the battery, the motherboard and the fan itself! I told them that I left my computer with one minor problem and you are return it to me fully damages and wet !! but I was hitting a brick wall. I spoke with the AppleCare to complain and I found myself spending 2 hours dealing with the most annoying call that I have ever had. Apparently, they have realised that they have done something wrong and their aim was not to deal with a customer or a human being but to legally protect themselves. In the next day, I travelled back again (10 hours round trip) to get the more damaged laptop ... In the store I was dragged to one of the corners and I was asked to sign a document. I asked what was that for! and I was told that it only to confirm that I got my computer back. Once, I glanced the document I realised that it was not. It was a legal document written by a lawyer to protect themselves and to get me in to trouble. Obviously, I refused to sign a document and initially I was told that I can not get my laptop if I don't sign it !! Even after I left I received an email saying that it was me who declined the repair although it is covered by the guarantee!! They are disgusting and pathetic
