PRS TV REPAIRS - PARKGATE, SO

I called in at the shop and left my Panasonic TV with them on 18-5-15 got a receipt and was told I would get a call the following day with a price to repair. I phoned and was told still waiting for a quotation for the part required. I called in the shop a week later and was told that a quotation from Panasonic would take about 2 weeks it's been 5 weeks 6 days and still no reply from PRS. Top quality service I would rate them on a 1-5 rating at minus 200. Since then I bought a TV from ao.com £100 cheaper than everybody else delivered the next day perfect.

Poor service. Give my reciver to repair, wait 3 months and still not get. All the time empty promises.

Although the above reports are a little to the point and maybe accurate,I can honestly say I have had the two lads out to my property to fit an Ariel to a garage roof plus supply and fit a large screen tv ,and was hugely impressed at the time keeping and efficient way they did the job very good price as well,since the original visit I had them back to carry out further work and same experience very impressed,I will definitely be using them in future N Morris Bramley

absoultly distgracefull service,no responce after my tv went in for repair, i had to get my tv back after a month,really sarcastic women. i took it else were they fixed it in a week.and im not the only 1 they have done it 2.i,e sunnyside club, you dont deserve to run a business..
