COSTA COFFEE - TELFORD, SH

We came into this Costa out of the rain with our granddaughter , went to get a highchair and was horrified as to how filthy it was .I had to clean the whole highchair with wet wipes. The straps were ment to be white , but looked black from not being washed . And one of the straps was broken which makes it completely useless.

We ordered a Brie and bacon toasted roll , we cut in half and there was the smallest piece of bacon on my husbands end , I didn’t get any . Very very poor .

This is the worst Costa ive ever been in....it lacks atmosphere and customer service. The manager was having non stop conversation with her staff regardless of customer. The tables were filthy...the staff look so scruffy in jeans. Had to go back and ask for napkins..surely you put these on tray where customers have purchased food or they should be where you can help yourself.. Dont know if this is a chain or franchise..need to get your act together and work to costa standards. Go take a look at the forge or meole brace shrewsbury to see how a store should be run. Wont be returning for the standard of service you may as well purchase from a machine in garage.

i am a retired areo engineer my wife and i use these premises about 4 times per week for coffee and food the manager and staff are always give 1st class service however the toilet's leave a lot of room for improvement regarding hygyne and single single sex toilets my wife takes our 2 grandchildren.Logan 2 years old and Lilly to the Toilets to be changed etc and the state that other Adults leave them in is Bloody awlfull Personally I wouldn't let my dog use any Costa Coffee Toilets In Telford until you put seperate sex toilets & baby chainging rooms.
