Quoted an exaggerated price but for the work promised, I went ahead. He then did half the work and charged the full price. When asked why, he said, "I was being kind with the quote.". Erm...not my definition of kind, in fact the opposite. Would not recommend, the work he did do was, at best average. Avoid this man.
