Absolutely dreadful. Came and "diagnosed" a problem Tuesday, promised to get the spare part on Wednesday. On Wednesday he said it would be in on Friday and he would fit it at 11.30. At 11.45 promised me a call back to let me know when he'd be here. No reply to 12 phone calls and a text since then and it's now 17.50. Not convinced that the diagnosis was correct (could be electrical,electronic or mechanical according to the manual that I supplied him with, but he didn't test the electrics or electronics). And wouldn't take a cheque as he had to buy petrol on his way home! Keep clear of this cowboy.
