SUMAL STORES - NEWARK, NO

Although i have no problem with store's proprietor, i was seriously annoyed & dismayed about the way I was treated today, afternoon of March 20th 2020.
I had not seen the woman who served me before, but she was obviously hostile from the moment I walked into the shop, glaring at me as I walked to the counter. In oversight I forgot to mention my name when I gave her my order which was due for collection, then in a gruff abrupt manner she asked me "what's the name," and asked me this as though I was a dog. I ignored this and just gave her my name. When she returned with my package she was further rude to me & called me ignorant. This was because due to the virus & out of courtesy I decided to stay my distance from her while I signed the device she thrust into my hand in an hostile manner, saying "I'm not going to breath on you." From then she was further abusive which resulted in a short but very hostile row with her. I had no intention of causing trouble in this store, i just wanted my parcel, that was all, but this woman made it almost impossible to avoid a row with her. I will request that my courier no longer leaves my parcel at this store for pick up.
I don't know whether this was something personal toward me, but I don't know the woman serving & don't recall seeing her before. If this is how she conducts herself on a regular basis, then I would suggest the store owner give her notice as soon as possible as her manner was very extremely hostile, aggressive & rude.
