MANSFIELD AQUATICS LTD - MANSFIELD, NO

I’ve been a customer of Mansfield Aquatics for the last 18 months; initially I was attracted because Dave has some unusual marine stock in comparison to other local retailers. I’ve always found the stock healthy. What has kept me a customer is the excellent customer service. Dave had been out to my tank at no notice when I’ve had problems and sorted the mess out. Most notably I managed to crack my sump and damage a lot of expensive electrical equipment, Dave saved most of my stock, looking after it on his premises until he had the electrical components replaced, he redesigned and simplified the sump too, (I didn’t purchase the original system from Mansfield Aquatics) he did all this with no fuss, helped me with the insurance claim and didn’t charge me over and above for the parts.
On another occasion my LED light system failed, there was no quibble over warranty Dave loaned me a lighting system and sorted the warranty out, dealing with removing and fitting both.
I’ve now taken a job where I work away from home a lot, which leaves me with much less time to maintain the reef system, Dave and Matt from Mansfield Aquatics now maintain my reef system for a small weekly charge and recommend what I stock, the display has never looked better. I’d recommend the maintenance service to anyone relatively new to the hobby regardless of how much time you have.
If you are more impressed by customer service and friendly guidance than large flashy establishments and accept for the service it is worth paying a little more than on line then I’d recommend anyone to go and take a look at Mansfield Aquatics.

Couldn't wish for better service! Dave is very present and genuine guy. Gone out of his way on few occasions, as I had problems with pond water. I am so glad I walked in this shop! Jody Smithard, 1/8/2015
