This must be the worst pharmacy in the UK. I
pop my prescription in to the BROUGH
Lloyd’s pharmacy hand it to one of the
assistants with a smile and a Hello, I am
confronted with a sour faced person with the
charisma of constipated person chewing a
lemon, no smile, no eye contact, if any
acknowledgment it was very slight
To say that the service on this occasion was
well below normal by anyones standards is an
under statement.
We the public don’t chose these jobs for
these obviously unappreciative people but It
would appear that unappreciative people in
the Brough locality all to go for the job at
the local BROUGH Lloyd’s pharmacy because
they seem to be getting away with ultra
shoddy service.
Some of us are recovering from life
threatening problems, some indeed are are not
going to recover at all. Wouldn’t it be
nice for those people on that journey to
recovery, for Lloyd’s Pharmacies to employ
empathetic teams who have been educated into
the meaning of good service. perhaps a
management review is needed.
On a last heads up, There is a great little
family run pharmacy in the village of
Elloughton. I recommend every who feels as I
do and it would appear there are many to give
this little Gem a try!
This pharmacy is one of the worst I have ever seen. I visit my a Grandma every so often and stay with her for the weekend. Every time I have visited over the years the wait has been ridiculous but this last visit made my blood boil. She had taken in her repeat over a week ago and was told it would be ready for the Monday just gone - she went in on the Saturday (so well past the Monday date) to collect and was told it wasn't ready. They hadn't even started it. Now she can't walk very well and the tablets are ones she needs daily. The woman behind the counter very non-interestedly told her it would be ready today after 1300. Now for her to walk back up from her house is an absolute trek, I walked up and got it for her. From what I have heard from other of her friends and neighbours this is a regular occurrence. And her neighbour has had a stroke and gets his prescriptions delivered and I found out today he sometimes has to go 2-3 days without any tablets when he runs out because they haven't delivered them by the Date they said they would. A truly awful pharmacy - management need to go in and sort this out.
Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Waiting times are stupid, staff are so rude and have no customer care skills what so ever. Needs a major shake up. Everyone who was in the pharmacy today was complaining and spoken to by staff rudely.
Excellent service from this practice.as a new client who needed urgent medication. I was assisted by the professional friendly staff at Lloyds to arrange a new prescription through 111.. They explained how do it in a concise manner and my medication within 4 hours of contacting them..
