KFC TWICKENHAM RST - TWICKENHAM, MI

I have lived in Twickenham for over 34yrs and years ago I used to go to KFC daily regularly as Twickenham was our social meeting Point. KFC was Fine it wasn't the Greatest but all in all it was Ok. This evening My Partner was ill n I was tired so Instead of going to Osterley or Teddington for a Curry I walked the short distance into Twickenham Town Centre. I fancied a KFC and a Strawberry Milkshake. I purchased a Bucket of Chicken but They Don't do Strawberry Milkshakes So I skipped the Drink altogether paid and Left. I then went to Burger King to get a Strawberry Milkshake ( I had googled and they do do Strawberry Milkshakes ) I got there. For a Big Establishment there was Only One person serving and collecting orders. When it was my turn I asked for a Strawberry Milkshake only to be told the Machine was Not Working. Feeling somewhat Defeated I walked the short Distance Home. I arrived home about 9 Minutes after picking up my KFC. The Chicken Pieces I had Two were of a warmish temperature as were the Chips. I had asked for Freshly cooked ones as they always seem to reheat cooked chips years ago! I put the whole Bag of Food ( I do use that word loosely ) into the Microwave to give it some heat. Prior to This the Chicken looked Dreadful one piece was almost Completely Bone, But I was hungry. The Chicken Pieces have got to be amongst the Worse that I have ever tasted they were Completely Dry and one Piece ( I still have the Evidence ) was all Rib and bone. The large Portion of Chips was a Joke Probably 30 Matchstick type crispy things! To say that I am Furious is an Understatement and I am so upset that I decided not to go back at this point because It is in my Interest and Theirs that I don't! I used to be a Butcher when I was younger so I know about good meats and quite Frankly what Dross KFC served me up at Twickenham to me was certainly NOT what KFC Chicken should be. Try Waitrose Part boned Chicken Breast ( comes in a pack of two about £5.20 ) just about the Best I have ever Tasted. I have NEVER written a review before but thought rather than go back there now I would sit at my Computer and Type this and Calm Down. Unless you are Completely Drunk and there are No other Food Holes Open Please Please give KFC Twickenham a Miss I can tell you Now that It would be good for your Wellbeing. As well as Being a Butcher I also served over 30yrs in the Emergency Services so am only Too aware of take way food throughout London and Twickenham. This Bag of what I can only describe as Dry Burnt Bones is not even fit to give to a Dog and Ive met some of them some with one eye that would eat anything......not this Fido if you know whats good for you....and this certainly isn't! This bag of Dried bones cost me the best part of £6.39 or 49. Quite Frankly Ive been Robbed...ok Robbed has to Accompany Violence or threats of violence so it has to be a Deception as the Contents of the Bag Do Not Fit the same Description to that, that is on the Display Board. The Police Unfortunately are being Massively cut back plus its a busy Saturday Night so I can't badger them though they may quite like a little entertainment rather than a load of abuse from some Drunken thugs that No Doubt they will be dealing with in a while. Also I actually own a Restaurant in Surrey and we serve Great Food so much so that we get nearly 5 Stars on nearly every Trip Advisor and yes we have had loads of good reviews and when we get the odd complaint I always make sure that it is dealt with in a Friendly professional manner....Quite Frankly there is not anything that KFC can say to me at Twickenham apart from "We are closing down soon and that Woolworths are coming back" that is the only thing that will appease me. So I've lost the best part of £6.50 and also lost my Appetite! The businesses in Twickenham of whom I personally know many Try really hard to encourage people to come here but if you Do Please do yourself a Favour and DONT come here for some KFC!!!!!

If you like to eat chicken,then you love Kentucky Fried Chicken at King Street in Twickenham. It is the best chicken I ever tasted. This great fast food restaurant offers delicious chicken dishes. We always order the large bucket full of crispy, crusted chicken drum sticks and wings. Then we enjoy this tasty treat while watching TV on our comfortable couch. Sometimes I order an exquisite Zinger burger,too
