When we visited yesterday, we were absolutely shocked by the disgraceful way we were treated and questioned. Before we could even ask what WE wanted to, the member of staff asked us if we were gypsies at least 4 times. Even after we explained that we had used their services in 2006 He continued to be rude and obnoxious as if HE was doing US a favour. We will NEVER be using this once classy, but now VERY SHABBY establishment EVER again. It was a horrible and inexcusable experience from a very sexist individual. He would not look at my sister or myself, instead engaging in conversation with my husband when it was US that were asking the questions. I can only put it down to sheer ignorance.
