MAC GLAZING LIMITED - HOUNSLOW, MI

We had windows fitted by this company. One of the windows needs to be repaired. I have contacted the owner by phone, email and text with very little response. He has now referred us back to the builder, who did not fit the windows. I am very concerned about what will happen if there are problems with the other windows as the owner refuses to recognise his responsibility. Appalling service Do not use Mac Glazing.

Absolutely appalling. Got my new door fitted 2 months ago and they fitted some dodgy cheap lock. Got locked outside which resulted in me getting a locksmith and paying a £100 for him to let me in. I rang the glazer and explained the situation and he was not helpful at all, apparently I am not his customer or client because it was my builder that contacted him so I was told to go back to the builder. I said you fitted the door for me, he said no I fitted it for you builder and its not my problem. Rude unhelpful and cheap awful flimsy doors.
