MOTHERCARE - PRESCOT, ME

I attended a baby event last week with my mum at mothercare in Prescot. I needed to buy items for my first child which is due in October. I was very impressed with the staff at the Prescot branch as they were extremely professional and offered me all the advice I needed about products I was interested in getting. I was also giving the opportunity to see new products available and demonstrations were shown on the evening of them. The staff member who helped myself was called Nicky and she was excellent at providing a service needed without being pushy. I will definitely be going back as I need a few more items. we attended prescot [tesco] store today and had the pleasure of being assisted by sue. the knowledge of her and her colleague was outstanding and i could see that they was going the extra mile to help us. very polite/professional without being pushy for a sale.

Review for Mothercare staff from Prescot.

Firstly I would like to mention the staff have been so friendly and helpful for many years I have been shopping at Prescot. Recently when I was browsing for maternity/baby products, Emma was absolutely fantastic to offer me advice and support. She has invited us to the parents event on Sunday the 9th of June, where everyone has been very professional and supportive. Janette the manager and the entire team (as well as the guests) offered 2 hours of essential information for future parents. I have found out about new classes such as yoga for pregnancy and later on baby yoga (which I am very interested to attend), imperative information around products and a list of what new parents need for their baby. It really helped me. Staff was very helpful after the event to explain each product we were interested to purchase, Emma especially has been outstanding.

The team was kind enough to offer us a personal shopper appointment, where again Emma has been kind and helpful to advice on full package that we need to start our new life as parents. Emma has kindly explained each item we were interested in, showing us the product in the store, guiding us and spending the time we needed to be able to get the package we wanted.

The process was easy, straight forward, we have placed the order on Wednesday this week and already have all the items that were meant to arrive, except on item that was planned to arrive later anyway. The quality is excellent for the value, products well packed and cared for (a big thank you to the staff from delivery and staff that prepared the products)

Overall, I really appreciated all the support from Prescot team, it can be overwhelming, scaring and daunting as a new mum to be able to make the right decisions, at the right time and I felt safe in the hands of this team

Strongly recommend this store & the Mothercare products & the parents event and personal shopper appointments.

we had the pleasure to meet sue on 12/07/2019. sue went out of her way to help us in a polite professional way and the knowledge sue and her colleague showed was outstanding. we went back in today 15/07/2019 and again 10/10 for service. such a lovely atmosphere to shop in with no pressure to buy.. thank you
