Ordered door and two windows costing over £1000 in May 2019. Paid in full at time of order with receipt stating this. However since the work was completed I have been bombarded with invoices stating I owe £27. Phoned roundbrand Scunthorpe and they said they had made a mistake when they had totalled it up. I am an OAP who has always paid everything I owe and have never had any trouble like this before especially since I had a receipt stating I had paid in full. Since then I have received a threatening letter from roundbrand solicitors stating they intend to take me to court. I have now paid. However this has all caused me great distress. My advice to future customers would be to be very weary of this company and checking when they state final prices it is actually is the final prices. I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them.
