GOLDLINE CABS ASSOCIATES LTD - LEICESTER, LE

I wanted to give a 0 but I can't actually.I used their Taxi service for a drop to Heathrow from Leicester & also pick up from Leicester to Heathrow.A driver named I**** phoned me to see if he can come late & when I said NO he arrived 10 mnts late and his car was filled with Vomit.In fact he blamed me as he could not get time to drink tea or spend more time with his wife.He was very argumentative. While coming back the other driver was good but he was complaining that the company does not pay them well. I was supposed to be picked up from Terminal 2 but I had to walk for 15 mnts to terminal 3 where the Taxi was. A guy named V***** who manages Taxis is the rudest of them all. He had the audacity to call me to challenge me on my complaint made against I****.His exact words were "How can you say that the service is poor if there is Vomit in the car?".I literally laughed. What a mediocre argument. These guys should only do local journeys. Looking at other reviews they can't manage that too. When I asked for an invoice for both of my journeys, V***** sent me 2 word files that did not have the company logo. The receipts did not look authentic at all.

Beware! Booked this company for a journey from Oadby to Leicester bus station. Local advert shows this journey as between £8 - £9.50 (and we live towards the £8 end) and "lowest taxi fares guaranteed." Taxi was late - had to be chased, then charged us £13.50. The return journey by a metered cab was £9.60 Company not interested when we contacted them to complain. We won't be using them again!
