This has been a challenging time during
Coronavirus
and right at the outset Alex was professional
and reassuring about steps to be taken to
ensure safety of me and my home during the
viewings.
When seeking the appropriate Agency to market
my property I wanted a negotiator who
listened to me and advised Me without being
pushy!! Alex fulfilled all criteria,
personable, approachable and professional at
all times. This is why I chose Berkley Estate
Agents. Alex managed all viewings as I chose
not to be at home for the viewings. My house
sold quickly
and I would thoroughly recommend them.
I wish I could leave zero star. Rude, ignorant, dare I say unqualified staff. Takes months to get a response and then they make up nonsense to try and get money out of you. Disgrace - LEAVE WELL ALONE
