PATTANI CHEMIST - LEICESTER, LE

The staff in the chemists have always been friendly, helpful and understanding on the occasions I have run out of tablets by accident. I cannot thank them enough.

I came in your chemist yesterday to collect my prescriptions to which i have a lot,i walked in the staff member saw me walk in and i stood in front of her for about 30 seconds before she even acknowledged i was there. she then said YEAH i told her what i needed and then she huffed and walked off came back and i had some items missing so i told her this. she then huffed and tutted and walked off gave me my prescription after she had made me feel like i had disturbed her which i was under the impression she was in the job to serve poorly people,a smile or be treated like a human being not something that she just scraped off her shoes would be nice. but that is too much to ask for i have been coming to your chemist for years i dread coming in when she is on. she has short brown hair long on one side glasses and makes smiling look like physical pain im sure before my description you knew who i was talking about. your other staff are so lovely and sympathetic caring and i walk out with a smile on my face.but not yesterday it was the last straw for me i pay a lot of money for my prescriptions each month possibly half her weekly wages just a smile and a courteous manner would be a start. she needs to take note of the lady with long hair and glasses she is so nice to customers and a credit to yourselves that is how to talk to people who might need help with something that is private and a kind face and listening caring ear would put us at ease. you have already lost all my family's business but i have stayed loyal but for how much longer i can

Still no improvement With 1 ecception i.e the young girls' the staff particually the pharmacist go out of their way to be unhelpful Have finally seen the light and will go elsewhere

I feel looked after when I visit, whatever the reason I need to be there. Staff are always friendly helpful and if they are unsure they will always ask another person. The atmosphere here is welcoming...

.I have a disability where I can,t walk very far and have a badge for my car.I had to get my son to take me to your chemist because I was feeling particually poorly that day.The pharmascist was very rude to me saying they had tried to deliver it (both my wife and I were in ).He also added that deliveries were only for people who really needed the service. The delivery man (when he can be bothered to knock the door loud enough) has an attitude problem and shouldn,t be doing the job as he is always complaining.
