DAIWA SPORTS LTD - WISHAW, LA

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that i am not happy with service i am getting from Diawa Sports.

On the 24th of February i sent three number Infinity “X” reels to you for a service and overall, as of this date i have heard nothing from Diawa despite being told it would take about a week turnaround.

I called on Friday 02 March to enquire about the reels and was duly hung up on twice when put through to somebody,and then i called again i was told by the operator to leave my number and someone would call me back, which i did and low and behold know one called so i rung back and was told by a tapped voice message that Diawa was now closed.

I called again on Monday 05/03/2012 to enquire about my reels and was duly hung up on AGAIN, I don't think that this the way customers should be treated by a world wide company such as Diawa and will think seriously in the future about buying any Diawa equipment.

bought a diawa sweepfire and snaped the tip drove up to diawa and thay replaced it no problem great service

Many thanks again to the customer service employees at Diawa Wishaw and especially Ernie for the help i received when i recently damaged my 16ft Signature fly rod. I can now finish the season and hopefully another fish or two to the bag.

Hello,Just back from Wishaw having had my reel repaired by Ewen within 15 minutes of dropping it off FREE OF CHARGE!!! Superb service ,many thanks.Tom Borthwick

Phoned service dept Wed morning 14th Aug '13 regarding electric motor damage travelled from Edinburgh arrived at 12.30 greeted with coffee and biscs left at 1.00 with motor repaired. Thanks to Ewen for brilliant service. Must be unbeatable for after sales service and customer relations
