Utter shambles.
Took my Van over 14 months ago for reasonably basic repairs.
Van originally came back as a potential death trap.
Had van away again for 5 days and still not repaired with same faults

My story is too long winded to write about on this review. Do your homework! Read every review. Most positive reviews are of Mercedes cars who they have an affiliation with. I am with the 1 star customers and that is only because it is not possible to give zero stars. Ask yourself why have they so many 1 star reviews. Ask yourself why they have zero customer reviews / testimonials in their official web page. They are complete cowboys who demonstrate aggressive behaviour once you complain about their seriously shoddy workmanship. Recommend strongly that you avoid.

Where to start
Car was involved in a very minor accident Dentec were appointed by insurance company.
Collected the car Wed morning, did look at it for 2 days. Got a call from Billy (person in charge). We have been very busy I will take full responsibility for your car and we aim to have it back with you on Wed next week. Last I heard from Billy. Called Wed to see what time my car would be ready to be told it will now be Monday. Wouldn’t have found out if I hadn’t called them. Called Monday and was told car would be ready about 2.30 so stayed in all afternoon waiting for it. It arrived after 6pm. Leather on driver’s seat damaged went back in to be cleaned had car delivered back out only for the leather to be in an even worse situation. Oh and curtesy car that I was entitled to never turned up.

A lovely repair job carried out to bodywork damage on my car.
Brilliant finish also to my rear bumper which looks like new now.
The motor engineers/technicians at Dentec are obviously highly professional and
I was very satisfied with the work carried out.
This is the 3rd time I have used Dentec Rutherglen and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
