Took my phone in with hairline crack near camera it was returned with banging and dints round the casing and the back panel wasn't even flush As it was partners phone I collected and payed for they washed their hands, they would not accept any responsibility and half laughed down the phone I have pictures of the phone before taking it and still they took the money and owned up to nothing They were also in the process of massively over charging some poor older clueless couple and trying to pressure sell something. For near £600 right near Xmas Don't bother just after money don't care for anything else I will be passing this round all over!
