DO NOT USE THIS LOT!! After 3 months of broken delivery & refund promises from them, the ordered part has not been received and no refund. Despite repeated requests, they DO NOT reply to Emails, NO reply to my letter of complaint to the owner. Their Web site states “we operate a customer friendly service offering full help and advice, customer satisfaction is our number one priority” THIS IS NOT TRUE, THEY DO NOT KNOWN THE MEANING OF THESE WORDS The web site states that they are members of the MVDA THIS A LIE, THEY ARE NOT MEMBERS, they also state that they “work within the A.B.I. Guidelines” THEY ARE NOT MEMBERS OF THE ABI. Their published Company names are NOT REGISTERED at Companies House. I have commenced legal action against them in the Small claims court.
After complaining about no delivery and no refund after 3 months I was then called a prick! Took my money and received no goods!
