BROADOAK LEISURE BUILDINGS LTD - MORECAMBE, LA

I purchased a 14' x 8' Clayton workshop from Broadoak Leisure Building in Morecambe. After waiting 9 weeks it was delivered and erected in August. The building was erected by the two delivery men and I noticed that almost all the bottom corners of the concrete panels where damaged with concrete broken off. The concrete was 'green' this means that the panels had not been allowed to set / cure in the mould before being taken out of the mould. Also a number of the panels had cracks across the width of the panel. After many phone calls emails and letters to Broadoak they finally came this week and took the building down. I did speak with a lady a Claytons called S******** who was very unplesant and said what do I expect for £1310. I would expect a lot more for my money than the shoddy building that I received. Also I would suggest S******** has some training in customer care.
