MCDONALD'S - LONGTON - LONGTON, LA

Disgusted with the size of the fries ? we received! We asked for large meals spent around 15 pounds, opened the food at home to find the fries weren't even halfed filles absolutely ridiculous. We won't be going there again. Cant understand why the management is letting this happen you don't expect it really from mcdonalds. I think a good telling off is needed to be honest. Also more training in food. Very poor!!! ?

Staff too slow.milkshakes are usually lumpy.hot chocolates watery.having waited for several minutes to order breakfast imagine my disapointment wen I got to give my order at 10.30am that it was now lunchtime order!!! Fuming or what??

Terrible mcdonalds This is the worst mcdonalds i have ever been and sadly it my local restaurant. Terrible wait times and the food 3 out of 5 visits isnt up to standard. I can give a very recent example from this week my husband was late home from work so we decided to have a quick and easy mcdonald for tea he ordered 20 nuggets 2 medium fries a burger and a nugget happy meal. After spending 30 minutes from entering the drive through to been given his meal he got home the chips looked a really odd colour. I took one out to inspect and could snap most in half they looked hollow. The nuggets looked puffy but really crispy my husband bit in to one and it looked as though the chick had shrunk. We threw the whole lot away and made bean on toast. I did contact customer service they said sorry they would inform the restaurant and that was it no offer of a later replacement or refund bad service all round.
