I was in store today for de-icer and other
winter items between 3.30 pm and 4.00 pm The
girl on click and collect was abrupt on
several occasions but I understand staff are
under pressure. I gave no reaction and
continued as normal. A young dad with a
toddler approached and asked “ excuse me do
you have any rock salt” employee then said
“sold out” the man thanked her and as he
was about to exit the click and collect
female employee shouted “ it’s a big
enough sign at the door if you look” the
man was embarrassed and replied
“ I’m trying to take care of a toddler”
the young dad was clearly annoyed and
embarrassed ? Regardless of pressure no
employee should ever behave like this and
will certainly make me reconsider coming back
into this store and I have spent thousands of
pounds I store over the years.
