ELITE PHONES AND COMPUTERS LTD - ECCLES, LA

SCAM!!! Beware!!!! Elite phones trades under many names, one of them is handsetrecycle.co.uk. This company scams customers into sending them their phones for cash, they then offer them 1/3 of the price or charge them for sending them back. Complete scam to allow them to buy cheap phones. Horrible company AVOID!!!! Handset recycle is operating illegally as they have no registered address or contact details, are not a limited company and therefore must be operating as a sole trader. under UK law it is a legal requirement for them to show the owners contact details.

Repair ps4 that is under warranty now stating it's a different ps4 as the stickers on the inside is missing .and want another 20 pounds plus 4 pounds vat .I only own 1 .can anyone help me on this .I have wrote to them and stated if there is no sticker then the job wasn't done in the first place .

Worst company I've ever dealt with, nothing but con artist. Over charged for work they dodnt even carry out, abuse on the phone by 2 staff members, lied to by one claiming to be the manager who I then found out wasnt even the manager. Appalling company run by appalling people, should be closed down before ripping off more people
