TESCO SUPERSTORE - CARNFORTH, LA

Both myself and my husband are vulnerable and have just been to get our click and collect from your store. We will not be able to do this again due to you needing a smartphone to collect it. We are not too good at technology and feel discriminated against with the system the store now has. Luckily we saw a young man who was very helpful and helped us get our shopping but if he hadn't have been outside we could have been there all day. When our daughter placed the order for us it was not made clear that we needed a smart phone to collect. As a result we can no longer use this service. I would like to thank the young man who helped us this morning as he was very good with customer relations an absolute credit to the store, unfortunately I didn't get his name. I do hope the store will inform me if this system is changed in the future so that I can use it again.
