BRIGHTER LETS - BLACKPOOL, LA

Brighter lets are by far the best letting agents i have used to manage my properties. As i live abroad, i wanted an agent to let out my properties and manage the running of them. I am more than happy with the way they do this. As a landlord i have complete trust in Brighter Lets. I have used this company for a number of years and never once had any issues with them.

My experience with Brighter Lets hasn't been a good one. I live in the south east but rent my property out in Blackpool therefore I relied on this company to 'manage' my property in a trustworthy and professional manner.

The type of tenants they chose were far from desirable. At the end of the last tenancy, my flat was left dirty, items were missing, a chair was broken, the garden overgrown and full of rubbish, the brand new pine bed that I bought wasn't there but there was another leather one in it's stead. I was not informed about any of this. This proves that they do not check the inventory or the property thoroughly during the check out process.

I did complain to the manager with regards to the above via email with supporting photographs about a month ago but as yet have had no response, which again, shows a definite lack of professionalism.

It's not all doom and gloom though. The company were quite good when my property got broken into when it was empty for a couple of weeks and any repairs that needed doing were done to a good standard.

On the whole, very disappointed. Shockingly poor service all round.

Brighter Lets put 2 brilliant tenants in for me. I am more than happy with the service I highly recommend them. Great team of professionals the girls in the office are great and its been an all round excellent experience for me! Great!
