Called in yesterday morning to purchase a strimmer which was on promotion. We were greeted by Paul as we entered and he could not have been more helpful. Well done Paul and well done B&Q for employing someone who makes shopping at their store a memorable and pleasant experience. More stores should have a "Paul" -he is an asset.
We are having a complete new bathroom and b & q were not really at the top of my list so we thought we'll have a look anyway, we went to the Blackpool branch as the one on North Road had ceased trading they were so helpful especially Ben he was so polite, helpful and was certainly knowledgeable about bathrooms. Would definitely shop there again highly recommended. Mr & Mrs Beetham Fulwood Preston.
Bought a new bathroom cost over £8000 including over £5000 for the fitting team in the event the the consisted of one man for 10 days did a great job but ehay a rip off and to make it worse were charged £660 for plasterboard that was not needed or delivered over all not an experience to repeat or recommend
