If I could give this company no stars I would! I spoke to 5 different people regarding my purchase. No one told me to go online to arrange insurance so they could tax the car before handover. They sent my handover appointment to the wrong address and got my name wrong. They arranged a handover appointment at a time I said I was not available. They lied about trying to contact me by phone with another appointment (I have caller ID and they did not ring!) then said no one answered and that I did not have an answer service - there was someone in all day. I spent fifteen thousand pounds and was made to feel it was my fault they could not contact me! If I had not agreed to buy the car and left a deposit (I don't go back on a deal) I would not have bought from them. This spoiled what should have been the enjoyable experience of collecting a new car. I will never go near the place again.

Contact centre staff great but communication between them and the showroom leaves a lot to be desired. Discrepancies on pricing, duff information on Autotrader showing difference of £600. Failed to impress.

Bought my last car from them 2 years ago and now looking to buy my next one. Really competative prices and great finance offers
