Reviews
Very highly recommended. I've used this company for the last 15 years on various properties and projects. Always helpful, experienced staff and I can't fault the products. Fitted promptly and cleanly by polite, tidy professionals. Just updated the porch on one of my rented properties and what a fantastic job. Other members of my family have used them recently too and were all pleased I'd sent them to the friendly people there. It really is a friendly, family company. Thanks to all at Supa for all your hard work.
This is the worst company I have ever had to
deal with; the management do not want to know
if there is a problem. I had to get legal
advice and sent a registered letter when
things starting going wrong which was
completely ignored. They do not call you back
or put you on hold until you have to hang up;
it is so frustrating to deal with a company
like this. It took over 5 months of waiting
to finally get all the windows fitted. During
that time the window and rain damaged the
walls as they had not sealed around the
windows when I brought this to their
attention they ignored it. They also damaged
my wooden floor in the lounge again they
ignored this fact. In the end I just wanted
to get the windows fitted so that I did not
have to deal with them anymore. For weeks
some of the panes of glass were missing and
boarded up (they brought the wrong size).
They pulled out the original bay windows and
did not use proper supports to hold up the
front of the house until they fitted the new
frames. They had to re-make some of the
windows because they got the size wrong
although they blamed this on me (and made out
that they were doing me a favour). Every time
I spoke to them they brought up the fact that
they had to re-make some of the windows. They
also had to remake a sill as they measured
the angle incorrectly (they had to refit the
old window again until this was made), they
left a window on the street and it fell over
and was damaged (they still fitted it and I
had to accept it being covered with a plastic
strip to hide the damage). They didn’t fit
fire hinges then lied that that they were
fire hinges (I had to keep insisting that
they were not correct). They did not fit two
window boards inside, they said this was not
in the contract but it was. During that time
I called the company countless times, they
never called back; the secretary to the
director is incredibly rude and
unprofessional she hung up on the telephone a
few times, they are absolutely unbelievable.
They promised to come but never showed on
numerous occasions. I had to take 5 days off
work and wait in on another 6 Saturdays. They
don’t care about customers, in the end one
of the directors did get involved but only
because she wanted to be paid. She actually
threatened to take the windows out if I did
not pay when the windows were finally fitted
(this was before the windows were even
fitted) as she knew the amount of issues I
had. Just before they finally finished the
job someone from head office came under the
pretence to complete the work and said he was
not leaving until I paid him, he then tried
to take the glass out of the windows and
would not leave my property unless I paid him
the small amount I had withheld until they
finished the job. I had no option but to pay,
now am still waiting on the job to be
completed. I am reporting them to FENSA as
they should not be trading. The fitters were
helpful enough and embarrassed by the whole
situation, it is not their fault the company
is so badly organised. The fitters
acknowledge that the company management is a
complete shambles. The salesman was very
helpful and professional which is why I used
the company in the first place (although he
did not want to know at all when there was a
problem). Apparently he is told not to get
involved with problems as it will affect his
sales.
I regret ever seeing the Supaglazing
advertisement in my local newspaper. The
price the quoted was okay and the windows are
average but definitely not worth going
through months of absolute hassle. Never
again!
Double glazing companies are renowned for
being problematic but this has got to be the
absolute worst company ever! Of course things
can go wrong but it is how they are dealt
with that matters and Supaglazing do not care
at all and have absolutely no customer
service skills.
I sympathise with the other negative reviews
as I have had a similar experience.
Do not do not use this company, you have been
warned!
The fitting team arrived when they said they
would, Peter and his team were very polite.
The conservatory windows installation was
carried out very efficiently.
Definitely recommend SupaGlazing.
Professional job!
I had a wonderful conservatory fitted. The fitting team where punctual and polite. They even cleaned up each evening during the process and I have no problem recommending this company
