Awful experience; no planning, completely incompetent staff and aggressive when refused to pay. Completely ruined our new garden fencing with a digger, footings not even in the right place (I was asked if I had a tape measure on the 1st day!), as well as being too wide, not straight and not square. We were lied to reg Building Control being happy. Please don't make my mistake! This builder owes me money, not the other way around!
