We made some inquiries with this company and then had some questions about what they had told us as it contradicted what their website says, as their website implies training is provided, when it turns out is not, and they claimed that there were no training costs, despite the fact that they sent us paperwork which clearly stated training costs, and asked them how their 1-1 support would work if there are no qualified trainers. Quite straight forward and simple questions. When we asked these simple questions they immediately become very defensive and aggressive, making unprofessional, rude and offensive comments and accusations because they were clearly unable to answer those questions which proves my concerns were obviously valid. We have since contacted the government apprenticeship program directly about this and been told that it is completely free to get on the program and if you contact them directly they will help you for FREE, and that a lot of these so called training agencies are over charging you for doing virtually nothing. So if you are looking for an apprentice I suggest contacting www.apprenticeships.gov.uk directly first some some advice. Needless to say we decided not to have any further communication with this company after their offensive and derogatory emails.
