Unprofessional, unreliable, poor quality of work and not trustworthy. Time to complete work doubled leading to more disruption in day-to-day life and various other issues as the work progressed. Botched work to hot water system and had to pay another plumber to sort out. Just two months after work, tiles grouting came out leaving wide gaps and loose tiles. Constantly chased the main person at BRC to sort out the issues but continuously take us for a ride and never showed up or got them sorted despite the work come with guarantee. Terrible experience dealing with them. As a piece of advice before giving them work, ask them to show all references and make sure they are not from mates. Contact customers to obtain independent confirmation if needed. Since they give guarantee, ask to see valid insurance certificate for professional indemnity. Ask membership number from trade body/association they said they are affiliated and check that they are valid. I just hope that no one go through the stress we had been. Had to spend more money to sort out the mess.
