I’d like to thank all at Sterling who were involved with my installation, in my opinion very professional job from start to finish. You certainly did a “STERLING” job. I would and will recommend this company to anyone I know thinking of having replacement windows, doors, conservatory ect.
In 2011 we had a UPVC Rosewood front door fitted supplied and fitted by Sterling. After a year we began to notice that the Rosewood effect was beginning to fade and tarnish, which got gradually worse. We eventually reported it to Sterling in 2017. The sent a surveyor to inspect it and he said they would replace it. Apparently Sterling had a bad batch from their suppliers in 2011/2012. They came to replace the door yesterday and did an excellent job. I would like to take this opportunity of thanking Sterling who right from the outset took the time and trouble to address the matter in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
