CANTON HOUSE CHINESE TAKEAWAY - SOUTHAMPTON, HA

We recently ordered a chinese takeaway from Canton House and it was the worst most disgusting food we have ever tasted. The rice was stodgey, the crackers were dripping! The remaining food was even worse...everything tasted of vinegar we immediately binned the lot and complained. The customer service at the shop was disgusting. We were shouted at, abused, treated as money grabbing lyers and theY were totally rude. My wife was so upset at the treatment of them it is disgusting! If this is how they treat their customers I am supprised they are still in business. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We've been coming here for years and will continue to. Their food is some of the best chinese take away we had around. The service is very professional and fast and their delivery service is super quick. There may be some occasion where the food isn't 100% but they've always been friendly and have given us discounts or refunds if we've wanted it. we have recommended them to our friends and they love it too, especially our parents lol.

Reading the above post, we felt it unfair to put canton house in a dim view considering our experiences with them have been nothing but good. So here is our review!
