We were getting occasional distorted pictures on our Sky service. Kevin was recommended by a friend and we arranged a visit the following day. Kevin checked the sky box which tested ok, so went up onto the roof to inspect the dish. Ours was a number of years old and Kevin found that an area of the reflective surface had corroded which was the likely reason we were getting a weak signal. The spec of the feed horn unit had also improved over the years so the decision was to replace the complete Sky dish which only took about 20mins. Since then we have had a perfect signal and picture.
Kevin came on the time arranged, polite friendly and efficient. To finish it off the total price for call out, inspection, labour and parts was much lower than I would have expected and very acceptable. Highly recommended
