I had MOT completed today and was very impressed with the service. The man on reception greeted me politely and quickly confirmed the appointment. The MOT inspector was excellent and explained thouroughly exactly what he was doing I will definitely be using with centre in future. Thank you to D K Beauchamp

Booked my car for mot two days before mot date and payed upfront. Day of mot took the vehicle down to be told there unable to carry out the mot . Manager said he had forgotten to phone me . What a great service . No apology. Called there customer support to find the girl on the other end of the phone had no customer or training and possible related to the manager of this workshop. Email there customer support rather than speak with them due to bad customer services. But thay never replied. Wouldn't have left them one star but had no choice has unable to leave a review to make there customers thay have left aware of usability to help customers.

normally I've very pleased with the service given, however, I booked my wife's car in for an MOT on Monday, yes the bank holiday, but when she dropped the car off they were closed. Later when my wife returned, she found out they'd opened at 9am and had missed her booked slot. The website allowed me to book an early MOT but in reallity, the staff seemed to have their own hours. I received no notification, in fact a satifaction survey was sent! Gladly though a further appointment was available later in the week.
