Disgusting customer services from the female who was incharge of the door this morning her name was Mandy! Stood at the entrance of the store allowed one couple in to do their shop I was there to do a carers shop for a couple of elderly clients with my husband who also was doing a shop for someone wbo is incapacitated I showed my ID and was still told no. She then went on to call me brainless and selfish to a female leaving the shop who was wearing a coop uniform, they then stood a foot apart to talk about how disgusting and selfish some brainless people are. She then carried on to let another couple in to do their shopping! I work for the nhs and i am in the community i have a full understanding of ipc unlike you member of staff. Who was constantly in contact with the public then touching her face, and her filthy cough. Disgusting behaviour.
