This practice is nowhere near as friendly or
as welcoming as it used to be. All the
lovely staff who always looked after, not
just the pets but the owners too, have all
gone.
In particular the Practice Manager Chris and
the lovely Charlotte on reception, who used
to go above and beyond to make the visit
stress free. When I had to have my beloved
poodle put to sleep, I couldn't have coped
without them.
Even Eva has apparently reduced her hours and
the vet and staff on reception were ok but no
more.
Not sure I will stay at the Practice now but
don't know where else to go that will offer
the personal touch like this used to be.
