Boarding may be ok but we went to see a kitten for re homing and reserved it only to have a staff member lay claim to it after, manager told us a Saturday girl had taken a reserve and the note must have blown away in the wind yet the staff member who claimed it told us different. Not to be trusted on word alone , shame on you!!
