Well I 've got to the point I'll never go back. I spend a lot of money with them, but every time I go in I get spoken to like something of the bottom of your shoe.
The women who works there by the name Sonia has the most horrible attitude, why on earth she works in a role that needs good customer service is beyond me.
She is very very rude, arrogant hasn't got one ounce of respect for customers.
I been a manager for a very large companies for many years if I knew one of my staff was speaking to customers as she does, she would no longer work for me.
Just today I rang for prices, SHE rudely told me I shouldn't be ringing for this it's not her job to do so. My jaw hit the floor.I couldn't believe what I was hearing. What is her job?? Becaus it doesn't seem answering a phone or serving customers because she doesn't like doing either. What a joke! Great face for cash generator. I won't be using that shop anymore, oh and I am not the only one most customers get an ear full and the poor staff who has to work with her no wonder many of them don't last there.
