I have recently commenced using Oestrogel which comes in a white pump pot. Whilst the pump dispenser removes the risk of using an incorrect dose, the white bottle is causing issues. Due to the container being opaque, I am unable to judge when i am running low on this medication. As a customer i would recommend the container be replaced with a transparent version for ease of judging when I need to reorder a prescription. Many thanks
My apixaban tablets have been supplied in packets which it is almost impossible to open! I refer to the packing with tablets in squares, on a backing sheet with diagonal slits. It took me half an hour, with tools, to get the tablets out of this packing. Many elderly people would be unable to extract them at all. Previously I received these in packets with rows of closely-spaced tablets. Please revert to this way of packing them. Professor Doctor Anthony Young
