We bought a Stovax wood burner from Burning Desire about 3 years ago. The service was excellent, installation was prompt and very clean. We couldn’t affor a surround and put our own in. Three years later we have been back to buy a surround. It’s been a struggle for us to fit it, but they have been brilliantly patient with us when we’ve contacted them for help.
