Worst customer service ever, no idea of time management, the promise to repair at a specific day and then keep changing the date for completion and keep the car without starting any works. I would stay far away from this company. I think the insurance company need to change their link with them as well, they really have no clue about running a business and keeping customers happy.

Bad customer service, no aftercare, owner could not give a dam once cars repaired, vehicle given back dirty. Never again stay away

Very Over Priced - Took my 2 month old car for quote for minor plastic bumper repair and was told needed a complete new bumper £900 + VAT (no doubt) Other well established (Insurance Approved) body shops quoted with bumper removal, repair, respray & full lacquer between £180 - £260 including VAT Well, it's always best to get second opinions and shop around!

Have just had my Car Repaired,after a side swipe Damaged the nearside front door. I was using this Company, given this by my Insurance company. They were most helpful and courteous, the loan car was clean and tidy. I was given most helpful intro to this vehicle. Nissan Micro, which fitted my needs during the repair. I was telephoned when my B-max was ready. On picking it up it had been cleaned and valeted. Great Company to deal with even if its just a minor damage repair.
