This is the worst company i ever come accross. I put the order in well in advance and agreed a delivery date. The delivery was attempted to the wrong address. We contacted Simon at Granmore to ask him to re-direct the tiles re-iterating what he already knew - we were supposed to start the job the following day and had both the clients and the labour scheduled to be on site.Simon has failed to pick up his mobile phone for over 3 hours on the day as i was calling him to request an update on delivery.I have also sent him several text messages wIth no response even when asking for the tracking number and delivery company details so i can chase delivery myself.This is, by far, the worst company i ever came accross - DO NOT USE THEM!
