GOLD'S FACTORY OUTLET - LONDON, GR

I went here today. I was greeted by an arab man wearing a t-shirt and jeans. As I proceeded to browse the store, he was having a shouting match with another member of staff. This was extremely off putting. The store itself feels more like a glorified market place. The suits are all in racks coving all the walls - most feel second hand. I was so disappointed by this. The suits felt either old fashioned or excessively modern. there was nothing classic. The prices were nothing to write home about. The suit i tried on had a price tag of just under £80, which is very reasonable, however when looking at the cut, nothing that could not be gained for a similar price online with the likes of Burton/H&M/Asos. I was merely abhorred by the staff argument, who, although working ins a suit shop, were casually dressed and seemed to think it was appropriate to shout at each other about 'respectful speaking'. I would suggest to Mr Gold, that his staff should be dressed suitably for working in a tailoring establishment and to train staff to be attentive to the customer experience. I felt like I wasted my time. I though this place had a fantastic reputation, because of jingles and adverts I heard on certain London radio stations, I could not be more disappointed and surprised. I would like to lastly underscore that the atmosphere of the shop is not of an outlet of a tailors, rather a 'rejects' shanty stall. I would like to suggest that management order the suits bette, not just according to size, but also according to colour and visit some of the more refined tailors in Jermyn street or Sloane Sq and organise their store, as much as possible in that fashion. I would also like to suggest a development of the Classic Suit, not merely old-fashioned or uber-modern. If you want a cheaper suit find some F******* establishments across London.
