Awful company, staff and management!!!
Skylight Windows London Ltd installed bespoke
new windows throughout my house and many of
the glass panes cracked during installation.
The company refused to come back and repair
their workmanship leaving me with thousands
of pounds in damages. Their excuse was that
my builder had contracted with them, not me.
Unfortunately, we had to sack our builder
before we contacted Skylight Windows and had
paid the full amount in advance to our
builder due to fraud and other criminal
activities. Skylight also refused to provide
a FENSA certificate.
