Just had our dad's windows installed by this company. Excellent service from start to finish. Quote received in 2 days and windows installed in 2.5 days. Very good quality windows. Would highly recommend this company.

Pretty shocked at the poor reviews above. I had my entire flat gutted inside and out and these were the only real professionals i got to deal with! They were very helpful in assisting with my planning application, were very patient in waiting for me to get the consent i needed, turned up when they said they would, got the job done and the windows were great. Great communication by phone and email. I live in a Victorian conversion and 3 of the windows were extremely bespoke - anyone else who showed up to quote didn't really want the hassle of my job and messed me around, so I was very lucky to find the Merton team! They said they like to take on a challenge and that they did. I had them back a year later to replace my front door. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had all front bay windows installed. During rain they leaked ruining our curtains and wallpaper. They appeared to be fitted badly. MWC attempted to rectify but failed and left a window with exposed brickwork, still leaking. We managed a successful claim under the insurance backed guarantee and had workman rectify the fitting. Beware when relying on the guarantees as MWC has traded via 3 companies in recent years with earlier companies being liquidated/struck-off.

DO NOT USE MERTON WINDOWS -- had the whole house refitted, after two years a window breaks, it takes 6 months for them to come and fix; when they do arrive they say they no longer make the window. During that shambolic process, I wait three times in the house for repairers to arrive, they never do. Not one apology. Never experienced worse customer service. Terrible.

I employed this company to replace my large window. I wish I had never heard from them. It is a terrible installation. And to try to get them back to put it right is a nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
