Hi guys, I booked a white hummer limo for my sisters wedding on the 5th September 2015 with WebLimo. It was a surprise and she had no idea that we are renting out a hummer limo for her. we booked the limo for 3:30pm sharp on the day so that we can make it to the ceremony for 4:15-4:30 latest. I was told the limo driver will call me 10 minutes before he arrives. He didn't even let us know that he will be running late. called the company several times. they refused to give me the drivers number. The driver came to us at 4:15 and there is no way we can make it for 4:30. on top of that it wasn't a hummer limo. it was some disgusting looking ford limo. it looked horrific and the driver looked like he was drunk and came out in his nighties. I refused to take my sister in that limo as it was all dirty inside and I didn't trust the driver. The guy over the phone was very rude as well. he lied and told me apparently the battery on the hummer limo died, such lies. these companies always use the same excuse. This company destroyed the whole surprise. we ended up taking some cabs and our own cars to the wedding and made to the hall by 5:15- 5:30. The groom thought my sister changed her mind. If we were a few minutes late, they registration ceremony would have been cancelled. I will not recommend anyone to book limos with this company. They will destroy your special occasion. Choose another company and see the limos in person before making booking.
